Our Electrical Muscle Stimulation will tighten and tone muscles to give you a slimmer appearance while removing cellulite at the same time. EMS training also helps to strengthen muscles and improve overall appearance. To achieve maximum weight loss, body contouring and slimming effect, it is our professional experience that it takes an average of 10 to 20 EMS training sessions with approximately 3 days recovery time between each sessions to get the best possible results.
